Refund policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can get your money back (excluding reshipping costs), by returning the item(s) in their original packaging within 14 working days from the date of delivery of your order (article L.121-16 of the Consumer Code), without penalty, with the exception of return costs.
This does not is not mandatory to make use of this right, but we thank you for contacting us beforehand (via the contact form) in order to facilitate the return of the product. This must be done by the same means used for the original shipment of the order.
You will be refunded the full amount of the returned product and shipping costs. any shipping paid for at the time of purchase within 7 days of receipt of the returned order (excluding weekends, public holidays and vacation periods). However, products that have been purchased on sale or with a promotional code, incomplete, worn, damaged or soiled are not taken back or refunded: you will lose your right of withdrawal and the product will be returned to you, at your expense. In the case of the return of a product that is part of an order comprising several articles, the initial shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please also note that in accordance with article L.121-16 of the Consumer Code, goods made to consumer specifications or clearly personalized are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This means that we will not be able to take back products made to measure at your request if they do not suit you.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
You can cancel your order at any time as long as it has not yet been processed or before its manufacture if it is a custom-made or personalized order according to your specifications, incurring a €15 fee . Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled. We will not be responsible in the event of an error in your delivery address.
COMPLAINTS
In the event of a problem with an order, you have a period of 14 days after receipt of it - or 30 days from the date of order in the event of non-receipt of the latter - to submit a complaint to us. We will then do our best to find an amicable solution.
